Techcomshop.com is an on-demand printing company, all products are unique and made to order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if the customer orders the wrong size, color, etc. Our print service provider does not have inventory to hold unwanted items.
Once an order has been sent to production, it will be sent to the Print Service Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel the order. If the shipment details are incorrect or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacement or refund. Therefore, please enter the correct order information and can only edit order information within 8 hours after placing a successful order.
However, we can offer a free replacement order, if there are any problems with the order, such as manufacturing errors, printing issues and similar issues. Please contact us via email at [email protected] with all necessary information and proof of image of the defective product within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will do everything possible to remedy the situation and provide the most suitable solution for you, depending on whether the replacement or refund is eligible. If eligible, You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item to 814 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Shipping cost is not refundable.
